About
The PSU Students Database is the official registration and records portal for pharmacy students under the Pharmaceutical Society of Uganda. It lets students register, keep their academic records up to date, and track their progress, while giving the Society a single verified source of truth for pharmacy student data across Uganda.
The Process
From first registration to your permanent PSU Student number, in four steps.
Fill in your personal and university details, then set a password.
Open the registration form and complete both sections. You will be asked for your first and last name, email address (entered twice to catch typos), phone number and gender.
Under university details you will need to select your university, enter your university registration number exactly as it appears on your student records, choose your year of joining, and select your nationality.
Finally set a password and accept the terms and conditions. Your email address and phone number must each be unique in the system. They are how we identify you.
You will receive an activation email.
Activate your account, then confirm each login with a one-time code.
After registering you will receive an activation message. Follow it to activate your account before your first login. After activation, you will receive a PSU number that will also be sent to your email.
Every login is protected by a one-time password (OTP). Once you enter your email and password you will be sent a short code to complete the sign-in.
If a code does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then use the resend option on the verification screen.
Your permanent identifier is issued once both approvals are complete.
Once you are verified you are issued a PSU number in the form PSU/AU14/001.
